3x Swim 2x Bike 2x Run 1x Strength

The tail end of the work week jumped up and took me away from a bike and run this week. I have really been trying to focus on “winning the morning” which is to say, get the work done before the day really starts so that no matter what is thrown my way I have a session in. I was feeling a bit tired Thursday morning and thought about a ride in the afternoon when I should have just gotten on my bike before work.

Sunday brought a wicked ride in the woods. Beauty day for a mountain bike ride. Ripping up and down the hills sure is a lot of fun! And an easy way to get some high output work in.
